Me: This sucks, can it end so I can love it already!?
Me: WHY TF IS THIS SONG EVEN ON MY PLAYLIST!?
Me: Why am I doing this?
Me: Don't look at the distance. DON'T LOOK AT THE DISTANCE
Me: shit, I looked. TF, that was longer than .36 miles you liar!
Me: Power song? Let's do this
Me: *LEFT. LEFT. LEFT. RIGHT LEFT. TILL I COLLAPSE!*
Me: Oh look, I burned off breakfast, yay!
Me: Oh dear God this is the longest break between songs in the history of the life
Me: I will smash you with a hammer if you fall out one more time earbud. Seriously.
Me: Who glued cinder blocks to my feet?
Me: This still sucks
Me: I'm hungry
Me: Dude that was awesome!
This is so true....

Alright, I’m ready to get back into it! By ‘it’ I mean healthy, mindful eating, in the form of Weight Watchers which I find always works for me. I have been running for a while, but weightloss is 80% diet so haven’t had any changes. My husband and I have recently started crossfit, we got a “grabone” daily deal for 6 weeks of 30min classes 3x weekly. And it is AWESOME! To be honest, before we started I thought I would find it too hard, and so wouldn’t like it. I was actually afraid of doing it. But it’s so so good. And everyone at the gym has amazingly toned bodies. And the things they can do!! Such amazing strength and power, I aspire to be like that.
So today I am going to start an inspiration/motivation book - I really love tumblr for this reason but I am a tactile person so need something I can physically flick through and admire. I will print inspiring pics from tumblr and add quotes etc that motivate me - like a visual diary in a way.
I have also joined WW at work - I joined the 13 week program 5 weeks ago, but my head space just hadn’t been right, so haven’t done the work - although there is now 8 weeks to go - plenty of time to get some weight loss going!
On another exciting note, today I am going for iLasik vision correction surgery!! Goodbye glasses, goodbye contacts!!! I just can’t imagine being able to wake up with perfect vision, be able to swim and see where I am going, go for a run without having to put my contacts in, or worry about taking them out after a night out…eeeek exciting!!
Ok, so a few great things starting/happening today - I will report on outcomes and progress as I get going - peace out!
